Many thanks to all who've signed and shared it around. Sadly I don't think we're going to make 10,000 by midnight - so I guess it's going to be a case of starting a new petition once there's a new government in place.

When can they be started again? Tomorrow? Might it not be more effective to have a new one started for the new government rather than try to collect all the signatures by midnight? Does the new government have to respond even if there are enough as it is from the old session?
