Anyone you love could be hurt or killed by a hit & run driver and the way the law stands it is to the driver's advantage to leave the scene. The very least a law should do is expect people to stop & call for help.

I’ve done a little experiment. People seem to sign it straight away if you send a personal message with the link rather than the link on it’s own. If they can picture actually being in that situation, signing comes easy (without scaring anyone though just gentle encouragement).
