I wondered if anyone would sign or share my e-petition I just created, asking the government to consider compelling large companies to offer a number of part-time and flexible working roles at every level in the organisation, rather than just the current focus on female representation at board level. So many educated and experienced women either not working or working below their skill level, because companies aren't open to external candidates looking for flexible arrangements like job-sharing.
