What is a peado?

My vote is that it is a pair of pea-green swimming trunks.

Although I am slightly baffled as to how everyone knows that Ian Huntley wears them ...

A pea doesn't DO anything - it's a vegetable

moodlum · 24/03/2010 18:28

Its the opposite of a peadon't

Quattrocento · 24/03/2010 18:32

Ah, I see, it's pronounced pea-doo and the do is do rather than doh.

But as you say, a pea can't do anything. Except perhaps grow fat and juicy.

It's when your children have urinated in the plasticine.

at midnight

Quattrocento · 24/03/2010 18:42

at midnight

I think you're on to something there

Actually I think it's something made out of dough with peas in it. Sort of like doughballs with peas. That must be it, mustn't it?

could it be supposed to be PE-ado - some sort of fuss in a games lesson?

Quattrocento · 24/03/2010 18:46

ROFL at Grimma - you must be a whizz at crosswords

I see it all now.

Much ado before sports lesson (5 letters)

Works for me

A posh party for small green vegetables?

GrimmaTheNome · 24/03/2010 18:49

I do occasionally... it'd be after, not before, and the 'ado' would have to be coded

seeker · 24/03/2010 18:53

Someone made liquid pea ravioli on Masterchef - could it be the stuff the ravioli is made of?

Otherwise it is a synonym for paediatrician.

Quattrocento · 24/03/2010 18:57

yy you are right that it would be after and not before

No that would be apedo (a sport's lesson would be ape).

Chimp arranges to be followed by a party (5)?

MrsBadger · 26/03/2010 12:14

the pea ravioli looked fab actually

like a savoury version of those Lindor chocs with the runny middle

edwardcullensotherwoman · 28/03/2010 02:40

had to add to this - while in hospital with ds earlier this year, I noticed a lot of signs on bins/files etc on the ward with the word "peads" on them. surely if you work on a paediatric ward you should be able to spell it?

tethersend · 06/04/2010 22:12

peadophile
