Oh this has made my day sooooooooooooooo much - I am forever pointing this out to DH in Tesco and lambasting them for such terrible grammar - even my 5 year old now corrects people as a result of our conversations about this.

DH always said I was just barking mad, and nobody cared.

He has just (very humbly) sent me the link to the BBC piece & {smug emoticon}.....
