Can you say sceptical about, or should it be sceptical of?

Can you say "sceptical about"? Or is it "sceptical of" only? Neither? None? Both?! Depends?

I'd use about but both are correct.

Either one can be correct. Sceptical about is usually used when you have a list of things, and sceptical of is usually when it’s one thing.

Also I think it depends on the type of thing. Eg I might say I'm sceptical about my ability to meet the deadline, but I'm sceptical of collagen being the cure to ageing.

One being unsure, the other being cynical perhaps?
