Historically an apostrophe after an abbreviation, especially when all-uppercased, has been OK although some grammar sources don't like it.

Grammar Monster says it's OK:

Remember that if it assists your reader, you can use an apostrophe to show a plural. For example: CD'S ARE OBSOLETE TWO LRS'S PER PROCESSOR

Is that a sentence? It doesn't make sense to me!

DVDs using a lowercase S is perfectly suitable for the Tesco sign. It demonstrates the nation's sad grasp of grammar that the apostrophe got past however many people it got past to create that sign.

I mentioned seeing 'Common England!' instead of 'Come on England!' on another thread. That was on a sign about Euro 2024. That was in a Tesco supermarket.
