No, not quoting Manuel, but 🥴 at the number of posters on here that use ‘que’ for ‘queue’. Yesterday, someone had further Manuel-ed it up by adding an accent, ‘qué’ when they actually meant queue.

Does it not just look wrong? I just don’t get it.

This thread has cheered me every time it has popped back up in my Threads I'm On today, because I hear it in my head every time as "¿Qué?"

Isn't "gets on my goat" a Kath and Kim-ism? Or is that "gets right up my goat?" It's been a while so my memory is hazy.

The one that’s suddenly surging on Mn is ‘passed’ for ‘past’, eg. ‘I left plenty of room for other cars to get passed’.

I'm a book editor and I've corrected passed/past twice today!
