I saw this on twitter. NHS Scotland. Perhaps I have become desensitised to their usual bollocks but does this read badly? In particular the sentence starting with 'Like make ...'?

It's an informal ad-speak style. What does jar in that sentence is a lack of consistency in the tense:

"make" and "speak" are infinitives (I think, because they are implicitly continuing the previous sentence - "you can make" etc), but the third item, "keeping", is a participle. Another comma to distinguish the "and...and" would also help...
