When you say it, it's etsetra, not eksetra.

Et chetera...hmm...not so sure. Regional variant? I know that Latin C can be voiced as CH in some countries (ask a Romanian or Italian to read Latin to you - it sounds beautiful).

I sometimes say ect. on purpose, referencing the great Molesworth, but I don't think anyone gets it (not even my disappointing brothers) and I just look thick.
