Just saying.

Oh, yes, that's quite subtle, isn't it?

I'm very ashamed to say I had to think about that for a minute. Grin

maybe they keep their Oscillators with them all the time.
Grin

DazzleII · 02/11/2011 11:33

I'm thinking that ChaosTrulyReigns could change her name to ChaosTrulyReins next Halloween, and have us all shrieking. (Or some of us, anyway.) The horror, the horror.

either that or we start a campaign to have the national anthem rewritten during the Queen's rein...

GrimmaTheNome · 02/11/2011 13:32

Our Royals being so horsey, they probably prefer reining to reigning.

DazzleII · 02/11/2011 13:57

I think they like both, Grimma. And they like sitting on their hoards, keeping the hordes at bay.

Or the apauling people who are apauled by things?

Actually, sometimes they're apaulled by apaulling things as well Grin

(love the double LLs : I'm sure they put them in, to be on the safe side)

DazzleII · 02/11/2011 22:50

People wouldn't be so apaulled if they spent less time pouring over the internet.

God, I love that one.

I have played bored games before now. Candyland is a very boring game.

SomethingSuitablyWitty · 17/11/2011 21:12

There are those who would be loathe to criticise however. Not me though.

DazzleII · 24/11/2011 22:06

Hayday. That's a good 'un. And horsey to boot.

OP posts:
DazzleII · 24/11/2011 22:11

As in: "in her hayday", just to be clear. Fab.

What about (in our local free-sheet) - '....the rocket generates £400 of thrust'?

iklboo · 01/12/2011 19:10

If he didn't reign in his hoards he might loose them.

DazzleII · 01/12/2011 19:31

Mmm, that's quite a nice match there, Iklboo. You can reign them in, or loose them.

Love the misuse of £, too.

DazzleII · 01/12/2011 19:37

Hmm, there's currently a straw pole in Active Convos...

OP posts:
hugglymugly · 01/12/2011 20:53

I love the £400 of thrust, and the straw pole.

There was a thread a few days ago where someone was asking for advice about an opair, which I originally read as op-air, and was puzzled whether it was an airline I hadn't heard about before. But that was a sad thread, so forgiveable under those circumstances.

FruStefanLindman · 10/12/2011 21:13

I saw something on a thread the other day where a poster said "malice or forethought"
