Garden party for 3 year old

We’re planning a small garden party for our three year old. Approx 10 kids and 15 adults.

we’ve got some playthings in the garden (mud kitchen, play den, drawing board) but I’m worried the kids might get bored. Do we need to plan some organised games or does anyone have any nice ideas for some play stations we could set up around the place?

I would put a few picnic blankets around or small tables with different theme eg one with a train track, duplo, etc. Or maybe a small bouncy castle which will make it feel moreo partyish
I went to a garden party recently for a three year old approx same numbers and they had elsa come and visit, do some songs and play games with them for about half an hour and the rest of the time they just played. It was great.

10 kids will always find ways to have fun together but if u don’t want every toy in your house out something structured eg party games will help. Depends on the kids

Balls, bean bags
Scooters/ride on toys
Bubble machine

How soon is it? If you can rely on nice weather, a paddling pool maybe and suggest the children bring bathing suits and towels? And maybe a sandwich pit?

You could have some kind of easy craft as well, that the kids won't need too much help with. Something with stickers, or stone painting maybe.

Or is it possible to hire/borrow a large trampoline?.kids seem to love them?

(Apologies if any of these suggestions are actually way off beam - my daughter is much older than this now and you do kind of forget what they can focus on at the different ages).

It's fairly soon so we're hoping for nice weather but I doubt it will be warm enough for a paddling pool. I'm a little unsure as to weather songs and structured games will work as my child seems never to want to get involved! Thinking some free/open play stations might be the way to go. We don't have lots of tables so it will have to be things which work on mats. Unless there's a thrifty way to create low tables (to be sat at on cushions) for kids?
