Hi
My daughter will be 7 in April so whilst I am not expecting to be able to take her anywhere, I am hoping it will be possible for her to have a couple of friends round so was looking for some ideas as to how to make it super special and she was so good about her 6th birthday being in lockdown
I found cute sleepover tents and chocolate pizza kits
Any other ideas?
Thanks 😊

Nail painting, temporary tattoos, pizza making, decorating cakes, old school games like musical statues and pass the parcel, pin the tail on the unicorn, disco light and glowsticks!

It could be a theme party, like a Hogwarts, or mermaid, or unicorn one. Here is a list of themes where you can find some more ideas- www.mixandtwist.co.uk/blog/20-unique-party-ideas/ . Rewatching a movie or a cartoon that gives your party a theme could also be included, you can make a home cinema (on the wall) and it will be very special and more interesting than just watching TV. Or make a video quiz with music and illustrations for every question, there are online programs for that, like free-online-slideshow-creator.com/ or just use PowerPoint. Definitely think about the prizes for the winners and for all the guests. If you choose a Harry Potter theme, you can start with a Sorting Hat monologue and determine which of the houses each guest belongs to.
The food could also be decorated or made in the colors of your party, but most decorations like a balloon arch are pretty universal and will do. As gretagreengrapes said old school games are great and they'll suit perfectly no matter what the theme is.

Buy some cheap white T-shirts, fabric pens, fabric glue, gems, scraps of ribbon and other offcuts and they'll have a great time! Or get a tie-dye kit.
While they're doing the activity, you could do a treasure hunt around the garden if you have one.
My DD played Googly Eyes (a board game) at her cousin's house and loved it, but it needs at least four players.
You could have piñata.
Do you have a fire pit or a bbq? They could make s’mores.
