phone them and ask them... i think you're still in with a chance as they have different delivery options (and charges) depending on how quick you need it.

What sort of thing are you looking for?

mysonsmummy · 05/11/2006 21:48

have done a stupid thing and invited 40 kids to ds party next sunday. (did think a few might say no) been looking in tescos etc and its gonna cost me a fortune to get anything for the party bag. gonna give bit of cake, packet of haribos and was going to buy a book but will cost too much. so will make do with a bit of plastic but need 40 bits of plastic. thanks

Woolies and wilkinsons do them

Bt baker ross.... for a cheap option you can add a paper mask blank and a crown blank, goes a long way for little

(don't fret, I invited 60 last time- never again!!)

buy felt tips or crayons from poundshop. split packs so each child gets 4-5 each. print off suitable pics to colour from internet - cbeebies website has plenty, or google for images that fit with the theme of the party if any. this is a v cheap filler!

Poundstretchers do a big tub of plastic things, some are really crappy but some half decent bits and bobs.

Pound shop for big packs of pens, gel pens etc, packs of stickers, rubbers. Seperate everything down and cut up sticker sheets.

For this many I would do a big lucky dip and do little parcels with perhaps a couple of pens and a strip of stickers or a rubber.

I do mini paints and crayons at 50p each but this would still add up to £25.

Pound shop were doing packs of 3 water botttles would work out at about £17.

Yes, meant put sheets in party bags - I have done colouring as an activity at the party too, but is a very cheap party bag filler if you are having lots of children. hope you get some bargains!
