Silly question, but I've never done sandwiches for a party before! What does everyone else do?
I was thinking cheese and ham, with crust less bread if I can find it to save time.
We will be taking them to the venue, so what's the best time to do them? Party is at midday. First thing in the morning, or is late the previous night ok? What's the best way to wrap them up so they don't dry up?
Am I overthinking this?
