My third DD is 24, she's had health issues and bullying in her past but she's come through them. She's really clever, kind, funny and capable. She lives with her bf in a rented flat and they are very happy together. She hasn't committed to a career and is currently unemployed from her temporary role as an administrator (no benefits but that's another story) but she still won't commit to training for a profession that would give some security and progression eg teaching. I can't hide my worry and frustration from her so I feel I'm letting her down by not supporting her. I also feel awful that basically I'm disappointed in her. I know I need to 'get a grip' but how do I do that?

Is she searching for work at the moment? Plenty of people find fulfilment and live comfortably off of jobs that don’t require specialist training, but the fact that she isn’t working at all is a bit concerning?
