19yr old can’t keep jobs due to ASD but turned down for PIP

Hi
My 19 year old daughter lives at home and over the past few years has dropped out of school and any courses she’s tried to attend. She is very clever but unqualified. She has a part time job of one day a week and every week she struggles to go. She has autism, OCD and anxiety. She gets a small amount of universal credit but has been turned down several times for PIP. We love her very much but she is very difficult to live with and lies about things and and blows up all the time at her siblings. She refuses to consider any educational options or training and just wants to stay in bed all the time while everyone else is at work or school. I honestly don’t know what to do to encourage her to do something else but I’m struggling to support her financially and emotionally. She can’t cope with a lot of people or noise. Is anyone else in this situation?

A lot of people can’t work due to their disability but won’t be eligible for pip.

(It’s not an out of work benefit anyway)

Did dd have a professional fill in the pip form? There is a very specific technique. Did she appeal? Most people have to appeal to get it- just see this as part of the process don’t take a simple rejection as a final decision!

Has she had a full benefits check to make sure she is getting the correct UC?

Will she be able to live independently? Does she have any professional support atm?

A doctor friend helped us complete it but she didn’t score enough points when she was assessed by them. She refuses to appear as doesn’t see the point.
Yes she’s getting the correct UC.
I’m not sure she could live independently. There are no professionals involved. She was under CAMHS but is too old now. I don’t really know who to approach for an adult child.
