Rumparooz vs Itti Bitti quandry

OK so I am gradually compiling a bit of a starter stash for when my baby arrives. I am planning to get a couple of Itti Bitti SIO smalls as I like the idea of the snap in booster so you can get more use out of a wet nappy by snapping in a new booster only. However I have just discovered the new Rumparooz G2 which look fab. Does anyone have any experience of both these nappies? I like the fact that the rumparooz are so adjustable and you can get a lot of use out of them as they are one size. I fear they may be a bit big on a newborn tho, even on the smallest setting. Obviously a con of the itti bittis is you need to go up a size after a few months, but the snap in feature is ace.
Any thoughts? I might get a couple of each to add to collection to try!

Everyone seems to rate ittis and think they are fab but my DD 5 weeks old wets right through them! We get on much better with a one size, she can go a few hours no leaks

they are both the bulk of my stash

I tend to use itti's with extra inserts more at home & rumparooz or BG when out & about. This is mainly because R is a power wee'er & despite being a girl, tends to soak the front of the bamboo insert & if she's in the sling or carseat or pram it puts more pressure on that area which leads to wicking.

I find the Rumparooz the most absorbent nappy, but there is more room in a BG for extra stuffing.

The itti's will sell on fairly easily, but it as a faff having to buy more sizes. But cos they are sized they fit well. We have lots of extra inserts & find the system works well.

I'd definitely get both. Both will look fab in this weather with just t-shirt on, saves money on buying shorts or skirts to cover unsightly disposables
