Bodysuit for toddlers

Hello

I hope all the experienced mothers can help me.

I've been trying to find some clothing for my 19 months old daughter and was wondering if she still needs a bodysuit.

My question is how much longer does she needs to wear a body suit? Is there a age limit to wearing a body suit as I noticed that it is much harder to find a bodsuit for sale for toddlers online.

Thanks.

I think I got some 18-24 month ones from mothercare. I agree it's harder to find them the older they get!

DD is 2 now and I occasionally still put her in one underneath her clothes if it's cold, but generally she doesn't wear them often now so I probably won't buy anymore when she grows out of the ones she has. Nappy changes are much easier without one!

A body suit is just a vest with poppers!

She only needs to wear one if its chilly, and from about 2ish when potty training might begin you would switch to normal vests so they can pull their knickers down.

Hello. Mothercare sells bodysuits for 2-3 year olds, best to order on-line if you can. At the stores they don't always have them out on show, so you will need to ask if they have any out the back. My DD is 2.3 and is not being potty trained so she still wears a body suit on cold days. I will also use them at night if it gets cold in the winter. We live in Scotland so perhaps have more need for bodysuits! They are also good for ensuring that nappies stay on and wee hands don't get inside nappies to explore the contents.

i've seen up to 2-3 years in a few places? they do it in tesco too if you want them cheaper, if not then mothercare as mentioned or i think also next
my ds is nearly 2 i havent put them on him for a while now, well its summer anyway..but i have bought size 2-3 yrs previously as he is big. i would say you can use it til potty training if its cold, but alot of people may not bother when they get nearer to 2

nah, DS stopped wearing on at about 18mo. If it's a cold day I just put a short sleeved t-shirt undernear his long-sleeved one. Was fed up of the poppers at nappy changing.

If you want them though, Mothercare, Tesco, Sainsbury's all have big sizes, and the supermarket sizes tend to be long anyway so 18-24mo ones would be big enough.

Surely it's warm enough that she doesn't need it at the mo?
