Anyone else not that impressed by Tots

I've been using two size 2 tots for my dd at night with a ME wrap. Twice they have actually come undone in the night and seem quite small with the necessary boosting of a booster, microfibre cloth and fleece liner.
I haven't received my weewonders nappy yet but was wondering if these are better for night.

Are these the popper ones or did you go for velcro. I have a couple of Tots as well and have had to pin them together to keep them on!

Chuffed - just a thought if your tots are coming undone, what about using a nippa on them? To avoid losing my nippa, I use a nippa on all nappies, even the applix ones. I find if we take them off, we never find them. Have three - lose three. Have one, never lose it!

I find Minkies stuffed with prefolds fine for night. I only need one prefold but you could put a booster in as well

I was like that with the nippas... in the end I found em all again, and gave away two. Never a problem again.

Why do people need 3 anyway??? Surely you take one off, and put it on the next nappy??

Flamesparrow - we sometimes don't 'need' a nippa because we've got a few Applix Tots in size 3. However, it's not too difficult to use a nippa even with an applix nappy, and at least stops ds undoing the nappy before we've got the wrap on! Goodness knows what he'd be like in disposables - certainly wouldn't be able to wander around in just his nappy, because he'd be naked before we knew it!

I use Ella's house or Minkis at night, and find them really good - no leaks ever. What are wee notions?

Lol - DD was like that (still strips any second she gets). She was appalled when she realised that no nappies meant she had to still wear knickers!!! You'd still only need one nippa though - even if you're not using it on all your nappies.

I thin it was the girly thing for me... the red really didn't look nice on a purple nappy, so I always used white . If they did various shades of pink, lilac etc for girls, and blue, green etc for boys then I would be wanting oodles so they all match!!!
