Which one did you get Lunavix?
I can't see the special bit about them yet

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 15:49

Oooh er and what do you wrap them with?
How do you find them?

lunavix · 08/07/2005 15:50

I don't know about wraps ... MEs I'd imagine like everything else (it breaks my heart...) oh well roll on sunshine and wrap free days!

Haven't used them yet lol only got them this morning! Am totally in love esp. the egyptian cotton one it's SO soft.

lunavix · 08/07/2005 15:51

I love the pinky one.. wish I had a girl!

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 15:53

I have to admit - they do look nice Lunavix.
I think I am going to hold off buying any more anppies until after the arrival of No.2. Could be a boy.

Chuffed · 08/07/2005 15:55

I have just got one the one with the polkadots - aaaah I'm addicted.
lunavix they don't need a wrap do they?

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 15:57

Now I was just going to say " You should recoomend those to chuffed!"
I thought these would right up your alley.
I wouldn't use them at night, I don't think

Chuffed · 08/07/2005 16:04

no I'm trying to use the stuffable ones for days as then dd's current clothes all fit and the tots at night as she is just sleeping in a t-shirt so how big the nappy is doesn't matter.
Am also going to work on dd's nursery as to the ease of the pocket nappy for dd.

Chuffed · 08/07/2005 16:08

just phoned them you do need wraps

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 16:13

What are you going to do with No.2?

Chuffed · 08/07/2005 16:18

All nappies I've bought have been with the 'it'll be ok if it's a boy' in mind. Poor dd isn't going to get any 'really girly' nappies so they'll definately get use out of this lot I have just bought.
Not sure about when they are small the problem being that when we are travelling both will have to be back in disposables so feel a bit reluctant to get any washables until we are back from that so we know what size he/she will be.

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 16:23

I know. I hate the thought that dd is going to have to into disposables while we are away

Chuffed · 08/07/2005 16:26

Mrs D are you in NZ for 3wks? You could take some washables with you, I'm thinking of it for 10days to be honest the disposables in NZ left crystals over dd's bum which I hate, at least the ones here don't do that.

starlover · 08/07/2005 16:32

MrsD the wee notions are FAB for night! I take all credit for the people of mumsnet knowuing about them! introduced them a hwile back! lol

they are SO absorbant.. we use them at night with no xtra padding and they're great!

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 18:26

Cheers starlover but honestly, I don't need anymore nappies.
I can hear dh groaning already!!

starlover · 08/07/2005 18:27

ahh go onnnnnn you know you want to!

MrsDoolittle · 08/07/2005 18:28

I am going to wait for Number 2!!!!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 08/07/2005 18:30

Well I put the wonderoos on jess just to see what it was like, expectingi t to leak becausei havent washed them yet.... and so far so good! Had it on for about 45 mins before bath, and although wee'd in, still perfectly dry. Stuck it back on her til she goes into tots tonight before bed. Maybe i was a bit hasty..... just dont think they are as cute as they could be! (ive got an "aqua" one)
