How to keep toddlers socks on

Wondered if anybody had a solution to toddler (15 month) constantly taking socks off. We live in a drafty house so toddler is dressed in loads of layers in this weather but like most toddlers keeps taking his socks off. I have seen those "socks on" which hold babies socks on their feet and wondered if anyone knows of a toddler equivalent. Many thanks

dd wore daisy-root type shoes - go up to 24m and keep socks on quite well

tights?

Tights. I had this problem with dd2. She would remove her blanket, then shoes then her socks. Oh the looks I got with a barefooted toddler in winter.

Tights was the only thing that worked and a cosy toes instead of the blanket. I never did solve the shoe issue. She still does that now.

Look for tights with grippy soles if you have wooden floors - Gap are pricey but they last.

Slippers? DS is never without his Padraigs in our flat and he can't get them off, but never minds as they are super-comfy. These are them:

I don't recommend you order online as they are in Canada (!) but there are UK stockists; we get them at a shop local to us. I think the website might list stockists, actually.

I find a staplegun does the job nicely....

I was going to suggest duct tape, Poledra. But your idea is better.
