Going back to work - how much time on a morning?

I'm going back to work following my maternity leave full time after Christmas and dd will be 7 months. I'm just wondering, from people at work with babies, how much time do you give from getting up to getting out of the door on a morning?! Obviously we'll soon work out what works best I'm sure but it's just a rough idea to start with!
Dh will be dropping her off at the childminders and setting off 20 minutes later than me.
Many thanks and merry Christmas! x

Seriously- get everything ready the night before. Its a pain in the arse but it saves so much time in the morning.

yep = everything the night before for your DD, DH and you

factor in an extra 10 minutes for the poo your DD will do just as you are ready to leave!

in the beginning it took us an age to get up and out and then it was like a well oiled machine ...

will your DD have breakfast at CMs? DS used to have milk before we left as he had breakfast at nursery so that saved some time

It depends on whether or not you need to change her clothes and feed her before you drop her off or not.

Yep, agree with others. Do the bulk of the work the night before.

I lay out my children's clothes beside their beds.
I lay out my clothes.
I pack my DS's school bag.
Packed lunches made and in fridge.
I even set out all the breakfast things the night before, within reason.

I give us all an hour and a half from waking up to leaving the house, although could do the whole thing in under an hour if pushed.
