Paper liner with pocket nappies

Hi.

I have some pocket nappies but my question is where do you put the paper liner?

A bit of a stupid question but I'm confused!

Thanks

right next to the skin

paper liners are meant to make poo-disposal easier but after I finished my first pack I didn;t bother getting any more as bf poo washes straight out anyway

I only use liners when the children need a bit of cream on, to protect the nappy from the nappy cream.

With a newborn you might find it doesn't really help contain the poo at all. Now they are bigger I just flick/roll off the poo, v glamorous

fold in half and place towards back of nappy

Actually they don't work so well if you fold in half - better to cut them - they go further that way too! Sorry to disagree Octo!
But yes, next to the skin. Great once they're weaned, but not much use for BF.

Yes, I remember cutting them down the middle with scissors when I used them for my first baby - would do a dozen or so at a time to have them ready. Used fleece for 2nd baby. And 3rd one doesn't tolerate fleece, so back to paper liners, but just scrunched them up rather that cutting them (lazy this time round! lol).
