Sorry You can't if my 17 year old ds is anything to go by

castille · 17/11/2009 16:25

Not a clue.

But if you find out, do share, because I am dreading DD2 going to secondary next year and losing all of the above and more every week, not to mention forgetting homework, books, protractor, brain etc and being shouted at by shouty teachers and making her feel all inadequate and sad

we have lost so far this term:
trousers and belt
blazer
rugby top type thing with shoulder pads
rugby training top
pair of trainers

and that's what i'm aware of.

no amount of nagging, penalties etc seems to make a jot of difference (ds is 12, yr 8). he's quite an easy going chap - this is his most annoying habit by far - drives me and dh to distraction.

no help sorry, from what i gather from other mums i think it's par for the course for boys (hugely stereotypical emoticon)

oh shiteroney really?
there is no help?

I think they are hopeless or not.

DD never loses anything or is ever late
But.....
DS is going to drive me to the gin bottle when he gets to secondary!

They are both from the same stable if you know what I mean. How come they are so very different?!
