Is there such a thing as a night time nappy for a heavy wetter that is cloth and cover combined?

My DS2 is 16 weeks and is such a heavy wetter that I am sometimes changing him twice between 11pm and 6.30am (yawn). He is quite a big boy - nearly grown out of 6-9m babygrows already, but I think most of it is length rather than width IYSWIM?

Anyway, I am finding all the poppers a little bit hard to deal with at 3am and would like to buy a really absorbant nappy that is cloth and wrap combined so I am only having to do one lot. But I have no idea whether such a thing is made and how absorbant it would be.

At the moment we use Motherease one size with the booster, plus a prefold and a couple of thick shaped terry boosters someone gave me, with a ME airflow over the top. The poor child looks like some sort of alien (But on the plus side there is absolutely no chance of him rolling onto his tummy in the night or breastfeeding) I have also tried disposables in desperation, but they are rubbish. The problem is not leaks but discomfort waking him up.

I know that some of you are experts and have the catalogies of all the nappy companies memorised, so if you could share some of that with me I would be very garetful

Oh and if anyone can advise me how to stop him from pooing at 6.30am on the dot, every darned morning, I would nominate you for a nobel prize.

Sorry - I don't know of one for a real heavy wetter. I just use a WNNN of Ella's House Bumhugger with wool of fleece over.

Mine aren't particularly heavy wetters (although did used to leak overnight quite often in pampers) and wonderoos have lasted overnight without leaks when their night nappies haven't been washed or dried in time for bed.

So, you are looking for an all in one that can cope all night?

I've had success with:

-- Tots Bots Flexitot boosted with bamboo (not aio)
-- Modern Baby Pop in. It's a one size, but adjusted did fit DS skinny legs. I also liked that the wetness didn't cling to his bottom
Bum Genius but not a great night nappy after about 6 months, ime. Great for daytime though...

Yes! That's the term I was looking for - all in one. I have never used one before as the Onelife and ME One size worked perfectly for ds1 and is good during the day for ds2. I will investigate those last two nappies ilovemydog. Any suggestions for a good retailer?

Thanks both of you

I have googled and really like the look of the pop in, so I am going to order a couple.
