Trampolines for 2 kids - 8ft or 10ft?

I am going to buy a trampoline for the 2 dcs and can't decide between 8ft or 10ft. I have read that only one child can go on an 8ft at a time and that you have to have a minimum 10ft one if you want 2 kids on at one time (even though I know it's not really recommended to have more than one child at any size). Is this true - does anybody here have 2 kids on an 8ft one and is there enough room for them to bounce together? Is the extra space on a 10ft really that much better?

Get the bigger one every time.

If I had space I'd get the 10ft. We have an 8ft with enclosure and do let 2 on together from time to time. They seem to have anough room (have never complained anyway). They're 9,7 and 6 this year.

Our garden will technically fit the 10ft but it literally takes up half of the garden - there will only just be room to walk around it...

Might settle for the 8ft then. How old are dcs?

the bigger the better. they will have friends round too and so there may be more.

10ft is perfect size (aslo for me and one DC)

DCs are 6 and 18 months, but I'm wanting it to last for a good few years, obviously.

Can adults use the 8ft ones? I keep reading that they're not suitable for adults or children over 6 years old but no idea why, as long as you stick to the weight limit...

Actually, do you think a 7.5ft one would be too small? Have just found one which is suitable for adults and older kids at a fantastic price by a reputable brand (TP) - but it;s only 7.5 feet, is that going to be virtually the same as an 8ft?
