K I have decided finally that I want to become a social worker but I only have 2 GCSE's from my school days. I'm 25 now and desperatly ish to take this career path but I have been looking at my local college websites and all that appears to be available for adults is flower arranging ETC.... anyone any idea where I could find a place who will offer GSCE exams or equivalent if there are any....

Hmmm thats nutz!! lol

The homestart thing was decided, upon way before wanting to be a social worker but could never afford to do it before.

oooh did u do the written tests and stuff with homestart?? The lady who came to see me said we can do essays and written work and obtain a qual at the end of 10 wks....

That really is bloody weird... "great minds"
