DS1 yesterday:

"Mummy my poo is a bit spicy!"

Quite an apt way to descpibe the kind of poos which leave your backside burning I thought and more appropriate for children than "my arse is on fire"!

DD age 4 looking at me;

DD: Mummy, what are those lines on your face?Me: Wrinkles

DD turning to my mum;

DD: Nanny what are those cracks on your face?

DS2 aged 3 or 4: 'Mummy, when I grow up I'll make lots of baby seeds, won't I?'

When I said he would, he had a rummage around in his PJs and said 'I've only got two so far.'

ruty, the minimidnights call trampolines 'boings'.

I could do with a pair of poking-out gloves this morning.

lolling @ stripes and cracks and judy's son and his 2 seeds!

Midnight - I am sure someone said on here before that their child called a trampoline a 'bouncaline' - that is a good one too!

DS hollered "mummy, daddy I've done a poo leg!" (a large poo as big as his leg apparently)
Pins & needles is 'zumming'
He's having 'dalek bread' with his tea tonight

idobelieveinfairies · 04/03/2009 13:35

My Ds calls his tongue his 'lick' which i think is quite appropriate.

They call diahorrea (SP!) 'melted poo'

cookiemonstress · 06/03/2009 20:33

high heels are 'up shoes'.

mawbroon · 06/03/2009 21:02

DS's granny calls it a wee wee and a poo poo which is obviously much more exciting for ds than calling it pee and poo like we do.

So, one day he said he was doing a wee wee AND a poo poo and that it was called a "woo woo"

BonyM · 06/03/2009 21:10

When DD2 was about 3 she was talking about a "bobbalong". Neither dh or I had a clue what this could be until she said - "it's a bit like a rectangle". Ahhhhhh - "oblong" .
