Nappy liners for disposable nappies?

I've just started weaning my ds and he's now doing lots of small, solid poos. I'm changing the disposable nappy each time, even though I could pick the poo out with my fingers if I wanted to! Can I use some kind of liners with the disposable nappies, so that I can just lift out the poo and any marks it's made, so leaving the nappy on longer?

Why not? Good idea! Although even if they say flushable, they WILL block your loo!
They will get bigger, mind!
I'd be a bit concerned though if they weren't getting wet too.

Good point. Yes, they're getting wet, so I change them for that reason but sometimes he poos in a dry nappy and it seems a shame to chuck it.

I agree. My ds always has a poop half an hour before bath-and-bed time and I'm loath to chuck out a nappy after that long.
I put him in terrys in the evening for that reason.
