I have found DS likes the cushioned sort best. He is now too big for your normal potty so i am glad i spent the extra on a potty "chair"

one like this

Tommee Tippee was a favourite in our house, nice wide rim. However, didn't use it much as DS chose a foot stool and basically sat on the toilet instead.

should have linked Tommee tippee

I like the type where you can take out the middle bit to flush poo etc down the loo. Baby Bjourn (is that right?) ones look good.

It is amazing how utterly TINY some potties are. DS is going to have to learn to wee in teh loo soon, he's too big (at 3) for his tiny mothercare potty now.

We had mothercare ones - but asap moved to toilet seats - no tipping out and less chance of an accidental spillage.

primo one

safety 1st one

What put me off the potty was DS emptying it himself [yuk], wee or worse everywhere!

nappyaddict · 18/02/2009 15:53

summer infant one

mistlethrush · 18/02/2009 16:45

That's why we moved onto toilet seats - he can put it on the seat himself, but after that, no problem! (well, hardly ever any problem )
