Hope you don't mind, but I have cut and pasted an email I received over the weekend. They do trial packs and mail order which has been a godsend.

Dear Members,
We already know how good you are at supporting us but this time we really need your help.
At the moment the directors and staff are fighting for the survival of the Museum Street shop. Unless an immediate life-line is found within the next few days, it looks likely that we will have to close.
This is such a pity because we know how important the shop is for so many of you and the sad fact is that sales figures are very encouraging and we are getting even closer to a break-even point. We just need a bit more time for us to reach sustainability. We are looking to buy a bit of time to prove what we already know - the shop is a much needed resource for the town and Suffolk as a whole.
So we are asking that as many of you as possible contact your local councillor to show what a valuable resource we are and see if they can do anything to help us. We have drafted this letter, which can seen below and we would ask that you find who your local councillor and send it to them. (Feel free to change it in any way you wish). If you could do this as soon as possible we would be very grateful as we only have a few days left.
Thank you for your support.

Dear Councillor.....
I am a member of the Suffolk Real Nappy Network and have just been informed that the shop in Museum Street, Ipswich, is about to close unless an immediate life-line is offered.
The shop is a valuable resource, not only for Ipswich and the surrounding towns, but especially as it offers a safe place for mothers to feed and change their babies and young children, and its closure would be a very sad loss.
Staff at the shop offer excellent advice, firstly in guiding parents to purchase their nappies, but also ongoing support in their use. As this service contributes towards less disposable nappies going to landfill sites, and therefore saves money for the tax-payer, surely it is worth saving?
Could you please let me know if there is anything you can do personally to prevent this excellent resource from closing? Once it is lost, Suffolk parents wishing to avoid using disposable nappies on their children will be hard pressed to find such unbiased and informed advice.
Yours sincerely
