DD will be at a sleep over
exH (whostilliveswithus) long story.. has gone away for the weekend, so its just me and DS.. there seems to be nothing on at the pictures... the dry ski slope (his suggestion) is too expensive..
We're both out of ideas of something to do... inspire us please....

get a Chinese and a film, and do your nails in a colour of her choice.

stroppyknickers · 30/01/2009 22:02

Hahaha. Sorry. DS not dd. Well, my ds would still let me paint his nails!

Buy a new DVD of his choice, get pizza, popcorn etc and have a movie night

thanks stroppyknickers... we do that quite often ... He often sleeps in my bed at the weekend... and he takes my makeup off and gives me a facial for a £1... (it has to last longer than 10 mins)

RumMum · 30/01/2009 22:11

forgot to mention that he is allergic to dairy/eggs/nut and has an epi-pen... so takeaways are out really...

Can ds have any chocolate (sorry, not sure what is in dark chocolate)???

If so my ds (7) loves a fondue type thing - heat the chocolate and have a selection of fruit and sweets to dip in, using cocktail sticks as 'dippers'.

Or maybe do some cooking/baking with him.

What about a games night? Card games and board games, and even hide and seek type games.
