Please help - I need advice of reusable training pants and a wrap?

Hey Everyone. I have a 26 month old boy who doesn't seem to expect it before he starts to wee, which is fine at home. I don't want to confuse him by putting him in to disposable training pants for going out and about, as I don't want him to feel dry. I will change him each time he gets wet but don't want urine going everywhere at the indoor cushioned playground we go to a few times a week. Does this sound sensible and likely to work? I thought a reusable nappy would help with a wrap over? Would this work and does anyone know of good ones to use in each? He is quite tall for his age and an average build. I don't mind too much about the cost as his younger brother will then be using them. I will still use disposables during naps and at night.

What about one of these? stuffable so you can make it as absorbant as you like (and you could just use cheap flannels or cut up old towels, no need to buy anything special, very light fabric, will wash and dry very quickly, and can be pulled up and down like a training pant if he tells you he needs to go.

Thanks. I hadn't realised there were reusable training pants. Does anyone know if the mother-ease ones are any good? He would feel wet in them wouldn't he?

The mother ease ones are great (I preume you are thinking of the bed wetter pants?) But they are bigger and bulkier, which may be a problem under his clothes if you are used to disposables, and will take much longer to dry.

No, they are motherease training pants - kittykins sells those and the bedwetter pants. I have e-mailed kittkins asking if he will feel wet in them but haven't heard back yet.
