How about a couple of miniture liqueurs to help the little grey cells

Hi I used to get really stressed out during exams and I found some essential oils actually helped a bit. Lavendar is good for calming and rest at night and peppermint is good for boosting the brain. You could also get an oil burner for her.

Also does she listen to music when she works or the radio.

Some nice coffee and tea.

Some lovely bubble bath to relax in after a hard night's studying.

Hope that helps

I made a kit like this once and put appropriate new labels on the bottles e.g. 'Special remedy aids memory' etc.

That's a fantastic idea!

I'd have loved some eye cream to help relax / cool the skin around my eyes after hours of reading

Print off some yogic breathing exercises to help her when she's nervous Also one of those beanbags you pop in the microwave for her neck after hours on computers/reading.

A tin of Bach's Rescue Remedy pastilles. They cost £5 per tin, but they seem to work
