ok here we go...

1, ds2 is 14m old and I am confused at this age with ds1 I was already well under way with potty training in fact at 15m he was dry during the day. BUT he was talking more.
With ds2 I have not even attempted to start yet, i guess I am letting him lead the way...Is this ok to do or should i be the same as I was with ds1?

2, does anyone have an idea of exactly what fleece is used to make fleece wraps?

cant help with q2 but with q1 you are doing the right thing by letting your son lead the way. rushing him will make potty training an issue for him, if he's not ready it might scare him and put him off for longer. he will show signs of being ready like tring to go to potty by himself, taking nappy off, stay dry for longer periods and perhaps let you know when he is doing something in his nappy. good luck, i know it can be frustrating, espacially as your ds1 trained soo early, btw IMO 14 mnths is VERY young. so i wouldnt worry at all about ds2. it will happen when his body and mind are in sync with each other and not before. ( i fretted about this aswell BTW and it didnt make it happen any sooner) relax and he'll pick up from you that its nothing to worry about.

Breaghs, sorry I just realised my posting did give the impression I am worrying about it when really I am happy for him to lead the way. I was just worried I was keeping him a baby too long.... I should add that ds1 is 10 yrs old lol so I have a big age gap lol.

15 months is very early. i wouldn't even consider attempting potty training until closer to 2.6

Talking is not necessary to starting potty training. We started at 14 months and at that stage, DS could only point and grunt to get his message across. "Wee wee" was one of his first words. If you're ready for it and you're going to follow his lead, then go ahead. You've done it all before, you know what to do. I'm sure as soon as your DS2 hits the mimicking stage you'll have a hard time keeping him off the potty.
