I have found the answer to clipping nails without tears

Can't believe I never thought of this before now. DD was so transfixed she didn't even notice what I was doing.

I guess loads of people will know that ceebies makes cutting nails easier, but I only thought about it today!

It was a revelation when we discovered that with dd1. For some reason dd2 just ignores the tv (18mo) - perhaps because it is on too much .

I use it for hair cutting as well... move the high chair into sitting room confined.transfixed child.. works a treat!

Hadn't thought about hair cutting too, fab. Went to the hairdressers last week because I couldn't face a tantrum with me doing it, the clever hair dresser gave her a lolly, she instantly sat still, was amazing.

Isn't it funny when you stumble on something so obvious?
