Best buggy options for twins and an almost two year old

We are expecting twins and will have an almost 2 toddler. We are trying to figure out the best buggy solution - also for a (youngish) grandparent and a part time older nanny who will have some solo days with all 3.

— Have a very narrow hallway (London) so triple is out of the question and wagon too bulky too.
– Neither grandparent nor nanny want to use a sling due to back issues.
— Neither nanny nor grandparent want to use a buggy board again due to back issues. — Have considered out n about nipper double with front rider - but toddler is a menace and will likely run off it - doesn’t seem to be a way to secure him into it
— Have considered hoppie which nanny/grandparent were keen on but according to the company it doesn’t seem to fit double buggies (though the company annoyingly didn’t seem very sure either way)

Help please with any other ideas..? I’d be very happy with a sling myself - but nanny / grandparent will have to some solo days with all 3 and are refusing the sling - and I can’t seem to find a solution for getting everyone around :/. I know toddler will have to walk a bit but he will need breaks / isn’t totally road safe atm even with reins.

I can’t remember the brand, but was quite a popular one at the time but I initially had one with a carrycot attachment on one side and regular seat next to it. Both twins were so small that they fitted in the carrycot together for a good few months (or would sometimes put one in a sling). Once they were big enough to go in the other seats my two year old balanced herself in the middle quite effectively! I will try and think of the make, it was useful because it was slightly narrower than a wheelchair so fitted in our local shops etc well (my friends bigger double couldn’t really get around it very well / fit). Also had a massive basket underneath and decent to steer. I missed the basket space when we stopped using it. It probably wasn’t the safest but worked for us. Congratulations - it was definitely a bit full on having twins and a two year old, but amazing at the same time. Things are so much easier now they are 10, 8,8 and they get on so well. I’ll re post if I think / find out the make. Something like a city jogger maybe?
