I have 2 boys, 4&5

my youngest has digestion issues & has always been extremely fussy & my eldest has ASD.

the only safe food is pizza and noodles

i have tried massively, they were both weaned baby led, they refuse everything, or they simply just wont eat anything. I make meals with the hidden veg, even pasta is a no go. My eldest has PDA so all he wants is noodles, chewing gum and a block of cheese every day.

its a ‘phase’ thats lasted 2 years now, and its just becoming a nightmare. They eat fruit, snacks and crap but they wont touch proper food at all.

we dont give in, I dont give him noodles they have 0 nutritional value, so we offer what we can and try to include bread alot for carbs etc

they wont touch anything mince based, meat, pasta, rice, veggies of any kind, soups

i dont even know what to do anymore

I would give them food that they will eat. Fed is best. I would introduce a new food for them to try but not on the plate that the other food is on. It isn't a phase. It is part of ASD. They won't eat 'unsafe' food when they are hungry.

Ask your GP for a referral to the dietitian

Ps...not the point but are you sure your youngest doesn't have ASD?

See if you can see a dietician. GP should be able to refer, or youngest should still have a health visitor so could also try them. No kid that young should be having chewing gum, isn’t it a choking hazard, but noodles, cheese and fruit whilst repetitive doesn’t sound awful from a nutrition perspective.

Ah yes i will do this, and we dont actually give him chewing gum, its years long obsession which js ridiculous, he steals it from shops, he roots through peoples bags for it & he eats chewing gum off park benches and floors etc, its a nightmare!

What's wrong with noodles?
Or are you meaning supernoodles?

Supernoodles! We tried proper noodles, but nope!

Could you use the noodles themselves minus the flavour sachet and add your own ingredients?
