13/14 month old sleep regression?

Has anyone been through a sleep regression with their babies at around 13/14 months?
she is waking up so much through the night. I was up just about every hour last night and I am exhausted!
she had her injections a week ago and I also think she could be teething so it could be a mixture of everything rolled into one. Although her sleep has been up and down for a couple of months or so now. I’m assuming I just have to ride it out but please tell me I’m not alone 😩
she still has 2 naps a day. Usually wakes around 6.30
first nap around 9/9.30 and I usually let her only have an hour. then she has her second nap around 2.30ish for an hour or so. Then bath at 7 and bed.
i know this isn’t forever but when you’re in the thick of it it’s hard going!

Oh I feel your pain, we had the same and it lasted for maybe like 6 weeks as we had injections, teething and then a double ear infection that needed antibiotics to top it all off. DS is now 16 months and sleeps through the night again so it doesn’t last forever!

We did notice that some days he didn’t want to sleep in the afternoon and only have one early morning nap which was making him overtired so we moved him down to 1 nap around noon. We also made the rule of no sleeping beyond 3 in the afternoon as when he did we noticed a difference that night! Other than that we kept the same routines and eventually we came out the other side!

I’d be cutting that morning nap to 10-15 mins, we always did it in the buggy or car. Then longer nap after lunch. Theyre getting ready for 1 nap at that age so best to move towards that by cutting the first nap as short as possible. My daughters night sleep massively improved once she was established on 1 nap at around 18 months, she started sleeping through for first time and now does majority of the time unless unwell.

If you give ibuprofen at bedtime, does that improve wakes? If does, I would assume it's teething pain
