Should I get my five-month-old checked for a slightly sunken soft spot?

Baby is 5 months and is ebf, in this heat I’ve just been trying to feed him constantly and getting in whatever milk I can to him. His soft spot feels slightly sunken to touch but not visibly sunken. He has been having his normal wet nappies and hasn’t been outside very much at all, just in the shade later in the day. He has always had a bit of a strange soft spot it will sink constantly with gravity, if he’s held upright or in a car seat for a period of time it will slightly sink and he’s been checked for it before and they’ve said it’s fine the way it is. Should I get him checked because I can feel a slight dip or would this be expected in this heat

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

This was normal for all of my children in high heats, just increase their fluid intake as much as possible.
