Five-month-old with sudden frequent runny nappies on formula, any advice?

any advice appreciated 🙏
I have a 5 month old, she’s been combi fed & then from about 3 months just formula. We use cow & gate (checked all tubs because of the recall a while back) the last 7 days she has just had awful nappies, they’re basically liquid. She’s absolutely fine in herself, still wanting feeds, sleeping well, laughing, smiling etc but honestly the nappies are so bad, I think I’ve changed 10 poo-ey nappies just today! I am going to contact health visitor/gp (can’t decide who will be best) in the morning but just wondering if anyone has experienced similar & tried switching formula?
I know teething can make nappies bad but I don’t remember my son’s being quite like this! My son had CMPA & he was a super grumpy/fussy baby till we figured that out so I don’t think it’s that as my little girl is super chill!

One of mine suddenly started having runny nappies without any illness and it was an intolerance - GP prescribed soya formula and she was fine on that (and I got free milk which was a bonus). Once she was weaning she was fine with cow’s milk products weirdly.

Have they changed the ingredients lately? Formula has to comply with very strict nutritional guidelines but they can achieve those by using many different ingredients, it could be that one has changed and not suiting her?

My guess is teething is coming. Or a dodgy tummy from an infection.

I’m assuming you haven’t started solids? That definitely caused by previously constipated baby to be definitely not constipated anymore!
