Advice on orthodontic options for hypodontia and overcrowding in a child

Looking for orthodontic advice for my DD who has being diagnosed with hypodontia (missing teeth) as well as severe overcrowding
My daughter (10) has 2 missing lateral incisors and NHS dentist said solution is to remove another 4 of her teeth and close gaps with braces then file the incisors to shape them to look flatter.
I’m very opposed to this as I had 4 teeth removed as a child and I did have all my adult teeth. As a result I have too few teeth to fill my smile which is quite wide. My daughter would have even less as she’d be missing 6 teeth after extractions!
I’m keen to hear from people who can recommend an orthodontist in London who would support a temporary bridge approach followed by implants in adulthood. Or from people who have had successful treatment like this. Are adult implants a real pain or worth it?
thanks

My dc had a lot of orthodontic work. He had a temporary bridge from 15 until he was 23 when he got the implant done. Adult implants are quite expensive.

The NHS dentist should be referring your DD to an NHS orthodontist to have this discussion with.

I would not want that approach either and definitely not without a second opinion.

Yes sorry I mistyped / explained badly there - it was the nhs orthodontist who advised removing the teeth. So yes I am looking for a second opinion… she is entitled to nhs treatment (they have confirmed that) but I don’t want her to have loads of teeth removed! So I either need a second referral via nhs path or we go private now…
