Anyone still have Tesco sunflower planter instructions from Easter packaging?

Did anyone’s child receive this same Tesco sunflower planter this Easter and still happen to have the packaging? DD was very excited to plant them, DH very keen to then throw away the cardboard sleeve and we not have lots of little shoots very close together and I’ve no idea what to do with them next! Tesco have the image on their site but not instructions. I’ve added a photo but don’t know if this will take time to be approved, would appreciate any help!

God I hate those kits, I cannot imagine how much disappointment they have given rise to.

Anyway, don't worry. They have germinated so that's good. You will need to thin them out before they get too big, just pull out the smallest seedlings with tweezers. In the end you won't be able to grow more than one full sized sunflower in that little bucket.

Sorry, I sound a bit cynical. If your DCs are keen buy and plant some more sunflower seeds and proper pots as back up.

Just put it in a sunny window and keep it watered. It’s a plant. They don’t normally come with instructions. You can google sunflower care, but basically when about 6” tall gently acclimate outside. Unless the pot is huge, you will need to plant them into the ground. Probably 1 ft apart in a sunny spot. Stake up with a stick and some string. Slug pellets.

This is helpful, thank you! I may just stick a few straight out in the flowerbeds and see what happens 🤞
