Toddler resisting pooping

Hi all, hoping for some advice.

My DD is 2.3 and has been having small poops every time I change her nappy. This is causing irritation to her bum.

For a while I made adjustments to her diet but now having observed her during nappy free time I can see that when she needs to poop she goes in the corner and clenches hard to stop it coming out. So I think that’s why she’s just getting these constant little poops.

What can I do to help her understand that one big poop would cause her less stress and discomfort?

Unfortunately she’s not talking yet beyond saying some words for fun.

Poo goes to poo land app but it sounds like she is constipated so you need to visit the GP.

Hiding to poo is a sign of potty training readiness but you need to get the constipation sorted first.
