Toddler clothes in the dryer?

I noticed a lot of the more ethical or more expensive brands of kids clothes say not to put them in the dryer. Strangely supermarket and high street brands made of cotton say they are fine in the dryer. It’s coming to the end of line drying weather here and soon I’ll have a newborn and even more laundry. It’s a small house with no real space to dry clothes other than the living/dining room which is already full to the brink with toddler toys and soon baby stuff as well. Will I get away with chucking all of DDs clothes (except wool) in the dryer maybe on low heat? The type of brands I am thinking about are Kite, Frugi and Polarn O Pyret.

Yes! They'll be fine!
Though, saying that, they might look a little more worn / fade a little quicker, so I wouldn't if that's going to bother you.

I think they say it to encourage you to conserve energy, but yeah they will be fine!

Tumble drying definitely ages clothes quicker but they grow out of things so quickly when they're little it makes no difference!

yes they’ll be fine! I tumble dry the majority of my toddler and 4m olds clothes. However, I have noticed if I put them on the cotton selection they tend to shrink..so I now put them on delicates and they’re perfect

I tumble most things on low (except jumpers or anything wool) and then they go over the clothes horse to finish air drying.

I buy a lot of organic cotton brands like Frugi and always tumble dry in the winter no issues.

Anything cotton will be fine. Viscose sometimes shrinks but should be ok on a low heat
