What time does your one year old go to bed?

My DD is 16 months, she has always been a terrible sleeper, bedtime has always been late, could be anywhere from 10-midnight no matter how much I tried. FINALLY we are getting somewhere and I have managed to gradually get her down earlier and earlier, we are currently on put down at 8, asleep by half 8. I keep making bedtime earlier but not sure how early to go without pushing my limits so just curious what time everyone else’s child goes to bed

Both of mine had bath soon after 6pm and then stories and were asleep around 7pm

I was potentially thinking 7 but wasn’t sure if it was too early, I may try. Thank you

My twins are 16 months and go to bed at 7, as does DS who is 2.

What time does she wake up? That would be my limiting factor. I’d push as early as possible without getting a silly wake up time.

Asleep by 9pm. She sleeps well and never stirs until 7am. Works for us as we like hanging out as a family in the evenings.

7pm usually (13months old).

At 15 months, we've got this rough schedule
Wake 6.45
Nap ~1-2.30
Bedtime begins 7.30
Asleep ~8-8.15pm.

6.45/7pm (18 months)

Our almost 15 month old goes to sleep around 7.30pm but is up at 5.30am latest Confused We’ve tried to push it back to 8pm but doesn’t make any difference to his wake up time and cuts into our evening so early starts it is.

Very much depends on wake time. I have two with low sleep needs – 8pm for DD1, realistically more like 8.30pm for DD2 to get a 6am wake. On the plus side, it meant we could have dinner as a family and a bit of playtime after nursery.

She wakes around 7-7:30 lately, she used to sleep until 10 some morning but now I’ve started playing around with bedtime it’s earlier, for around a week I had to wake her at 7
