My bamboo little lmab is far better quality than my bamboozles - although they are VERY thick so take a long time to dry. I agree size 2 bamboozles are no way near as good as Size 1 .

Motherease bamboo are good if you get on with the normal cotton terry ones but I don't- plus they are popper which you don't want.

There are also Wambamboos, Little Kiwi, Eccobots, Lollipop, Nature Babies Loveables to consider - plus a load of other I have probably forgotten.

I quite little the Little Kiwi Bamboo quick flip I tried, the lollipop is simiar in design to the bamboozle but wears better I think and gives a good fit on my thin DD2. I haven't tried the Eccobots or Loveables though so can't really comment on them.

I really like the motherease bamboo and the Baby Beehinds bamboo fleece. They're both poppers though so probably doesn't help you much!

Wambamboo / Geobel = same thing made by Bambinex, sorry was having a fuzzy brain moment .

My Little Lamb was made probably about a year ago - not entirely sure, it's not one of the older ones. LL have improved their quality over the past few years. I tended to use it for night times but now use it a lot more and have had no problems - my other nappies are hemp so I'm used to the long drying time.

I think any size 2 is going to look a bit on the bulky side for a while but definitely think the little lamb is quite bulky in comparison to the bamboozle. The MEOS and Sandy Bamboos are quite thin (but popper fit). The quick flip I had was the 'Lite' version, it was thin fitting but not absorbant enough for us - the normal quick flips must be quite absorbant though as I have heard of a fair few who use them for nightime - they don't look that bulky in the photos. Also they are very easy to use - honest! The baby beehind is a bit bulky, popper fit and a bit on the small side to be a BTP IMO. The lollipop nappy I have is quite thin fitting and I find their sizing more generous that totsbots - you may find your DD is still in the Size 1 atm.

I'd think about converting to poppers if your dh can't get to grips with a nipper (no pun intended)my dd started undoing velcro at 10 months.

lol I know what you mean but she would undo the nappy before I had a chance to get the wrap on and then stick her hand down the front of the wrap to get at the velcro again!!
Very determined my DD

My DD cannot escape the airflow .

tbh I didn't like popper nappies at all when DD was younger but now that is all I tend to use. On the up side they are less bulky around the tum as you don't have thick velcro tabs to deal with. Also when they get wriggly you can just do the poppers up and pull them up like a pant (although any boosters of liners may get moved out of position until you get some practice).
