Where can I get tiny knickers (.i.e. 9-12m)?

DD3 is attempting to potty train herself at just 24m.

If she is successful she will need knickers - but I have only just started buying her 9-12m trousers as she is a tiddler. What is the smallest proper "knickers" I can buy?

my DD was very slim and tall when i potty trained her. I used to use the panties that came with some of the dresses that she had out grown.
Here are some links where you can buy panties for babies

Slightly larger knickers are often better at that age so it is easier for them to get them up and down.

Dd2 often just goes commando though as she is less likely to have accidents that way.
