Should I delay 8 week jabs due to the heat?

Baby is booked for 8 week vaccinations on Monday, when it's forecast to be 33 degrees. Should I ring doctors first thing and ask to rebook for another day when it will be cooler? I'm worried about her developing a fever and not being able to cool down, and that this will be dangerous for her.

I doubt they’d give jabs in high temps if it was dangerous. And you can give calpol for 8 weeks jabs.

Just call and rebook for next week. It's not nice for anyone having a fever when it's so hot. Save yourself the worry. X

Personally I wouldn't put it off. Give baby Calpol beforehand

Agree, what are you putting it off for. There will
be another excuse next week and then what if it’s as hot next week.
just do it.

Honestly, they’re give in hot countries, cold countries and temperate countries. Don’t worry.

I would still go ahead with it, if they were concerned they would contact you to reschedule.
